Just 30 minutes every day can increase cardiovascular fitness, strengthen bones, reduce excess body fat, and boost muscle power and endurance. It can also reduce your risk of developing conditions such as heart disease, type 2 diabetes, osteoporosis and some cancers.

Staffed by highly trained professionals, the Family Medical Center is equipped to handle most medical problems. From treatment of chronic diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure and asthma to routine illnesses such as pneumonia, sore throats, infections, and obesity, our providers work to help meet your medical needs. If a specialist is needed, we will make a referral for you. Whitefoord Family Medical Center offers after hours coverage to our patients.


Fee for services is based on income and most private insurances are accepted.


We treat chronic and acute illnesses common to children and adolescents.


Comprehensive dental services are available for children and adults.



  • Afterschool Enrichment Program

    Success in school often requires diligent work outside of school. Our After School Enrichment Program provides that support to improve the academic performance of Whitefoord Elementary School students, grades first through fifth, in a safe and nurturing environment. MORE

Our Summer Reading Program is designed to improve test scores and reduce reading deficiencies of elementary school students.
