Whitefoord Early Learning Academy Pre-K Enrollment

We are NOW accepting Georgia Pre-K applications from the community!

Simply click here for the Pre-K registration packet, complete and return to rwarren@whitefoord.org.

Once Pre-K registration packet is complete please give us a call at 404-802-6900 to register for your onsite tour and to submit additional documentation.

Required enrollment documentation for Pre-K students includes:

  • Proof of Insurance

  • Certified Birth Certificate

  • Social Security Card

  • Certificate of Immunization Form to be provided and filled out by your physician. See example here.

  • Ear, Eye, Dental and Nutrition Screening Form to be provided and filled out by your physician. (Form 3300) See example here.

  • Current Proof of Residence
